Yıldız Yay was founded with zero start-up capital in a small facility in Bursa, 1993.
In 1994, we started to serve as a spring and formed wire supplier for automotive, agriculture and kitchen industries
In 2003, after moving our facility to a 400m² area located in Küçükbalıklı Bursa, we accelerated our technology investments to be able to boost our manufacturing capability with sustainable quality approach. We invested our first CNC 3D wire bending machine and started the molding room up.
At that period, by contracting with new automotive customers, we achieved 100% annual growth rates. We started up our quality laboratory consisting of 3D laser and optic inspection devices and softwares.
In 2006, We granted our first quality certification by achieving the full conformance to ISO 9001
In 2008, We relocated our facility to the current 2500m² area. We enhanced our product portfolio by including sheet metal, clips and welded parts
Our QMS was carrying out ISO 9001 and minimum automotive requirements since 2006, we granted the IATF conformance in September, 2020
